The cover of a US News and World Report on February 28, 2005 was entitled: The Secret Mind: How your Unconscious Really Shapes your Decisions.
It stated that: “We are conscious of only 5% of our cognitive activity, so most of our decisions, actions and behavior depend on the 95% of the brain activity that goes beyond our conscious awareness.”
This report clearly illustrated how the subconscious mind controls our decision making process and ultimately our lives.
This happens because our conscious mind is so busy thinking about the future or the past. Hence the subconscious mind is running the show. We are not consciously aware of the behaviour we apply in different situations, because the conscious mind is so busy all the time.
It´s not able to notice the patterns arising from our subconscious mind. Hence 95% of whatever we decide or do is run by the subconscious mind. However – the good news is that you can reprogram yourself and change your patterns. One tool I use myself is Brainbullet.

They will pass into the subconscious mind without “the interference” of the critical, analytical conscious mind. Every minute you spend at your PC/Mac will “tune” your brain into automatically achieving more.
