Below you can download a mp3 file of the evening exercise. It´s only 6 minutes long and it will help you get into the right emotional state to do your creative visualization.

Binaural beats

In the background of the audio we have added a binaural beat containing a 4,5 Hz Theta frequency. Binaural Beats play one frequency in your left ear, and a slightly modified frequency in your right ear. This causes your brain to effortlessly create a third frequency, which exists entirely in your head. This third frequency can be used to create altered states of consciousness to help you relax, focus, sleep better, and more.

The theta frequency added will help you lower your brainwaves so it´s easier to access your subconscious mind. In addition we have added calm music to help calm your mind and relax your body fast.
